Hi, my name's Keith, and I've been doing Tai Chi with Mike for a few years now. Before I started the classes, I had a fair bit of pain in my left shoulder, rotating it, and after doing the Tai Chi form and the Qigong exercises, that pain is completely gone. I always feel so much better leaving the classes, both mentally and physically. Mike's a great teacher as well. He's able to convey his vast knowledge of Chinese medicine and Tai Chi in a really understandable and fun way. If you're unsure about going to the classes, give it a go. It's well worth it. - Keith

"Such a pleasurable way to exercise"
I joined the tai chi classes a year and a half ago and I’m thoroughly enjoying them. The qigong exercises help my breathing technique as I suffer from asthma. Tai chi helps me greatly with my balance and co-ordination and it is such a pleasurable way to exercise
