I’ve been teaching Tai Chi and martial arts for over 30 years (and been training for 45+ yrs), helping people move better, feel better, and understand how their body actually works.
My approach is based on practical experience—not theory—and focuses on making movement feel easier, more natural, and more effective.
I’ve trained with highly respected teachers in internal arts, and continue to study and refine what I teach.
But more importantly… I’ve helped people just like you start to feel real changes—often much quicker than they expected.
